Burger King in Andernach

At first glance the order seemed complete and fresh, but when unpacking it I noticed that the crispy chicken was only topped with patty and mayo, not with cheese as requested. Even though the restaurant was closed and there were only 3 cars in the drive.

Very poorly served and something was always missing, I don't recommend it

Wanted 2 plant based burger menus and got burger not bacon??

It had been pretty good a few years ago. (Was there about 20 times so far) Positive -Burgers taste good Negatives -unfriendly service -looked at an angle if you come 45 minutes before closing time -! Forget a burger 3 times each time! -The worst was the PB -> "planet base veggie bürger" with bacon. (See image)

Got some cheeseburgers from the drive-in. At first it took forever to be served at the car counter, then the burgers were also cold. They were simply inedible.

Everything was really great, but total chaos since Corona. Cola is at room temperature. Fries are cold! If you call to just pass it on so that you can change something someone answers the phone who has nothing to do with Burger King but with the gas station. The call is not passed on, just laughed stupidly.

Slow and not good service. After all, the McFlurry machine never breaks, but that may be because Burger King doesn't have a McFlurry. Small consolation: you can take beer from the gas station into the restaurant and have a nice drink.

So I haven't had a bad experience with it yet. But who knows, maybe something else will happen. Good store so far

Fast service. Food is always warm enough so far.

I was just there and I take my hat off to the staff for the strong nerves in these difficult times. I think it's absolutely great that they have found a great solution even for pedestrians or people who don't have a car (who are allowed to go in individually). You wait a bit, but I think that's perfectly fine. And I will come back. :) great team on site.

Unfortunately more than just outrageous - The blonde lady has been playing several games when issuing goods in the drive, such as holding out a shake, pulling away again, then holding out a hand for money, and only then giving the shake again. Sometimes you want to give her the money, but don't accept it because you suddenly have to throw it into the basket etc etc etc - imposed power games and that towards a customer! Strange but true! - In the shop itself there are extreme queues and even if there are only 2 or 3 customers in front of you, waiting times of an unbelievable 20 minutes - Toilets unclean, soap on the floor that you slip and almost go down - For a long time, mouthguards were nil, when they were sold in the drive-in as well as in the store itself. - Despite an express request, no receipt will be given. If you find this home and drive back again (30 additional km procedure), there is not even a drink as compensation, but continues the typically puffy way Do yourself a favor and don't promote such a bad shop too. The behavior towards paying customers is absurd, as is the overall quality, apart from that, of the standardized products.

Got two long chicken. both cold and stale bread. Just warmed up and given away.

Not so the great ambience you sit in the gas station. The staff is annoyed and card payment is not possible (because of a defect). The food is just typical Burgerking it's just fast food.

Were at the drive-in in the evening, we were told to drive forward. There we stood for almost 5 minutes and instead of being noticed, they preferred to start cleaning ...

If you want fast food with the emphasis on FAST, you are unfortunately wrong here! Everything takes forever. In the drive you are sent to the waiting area and then stand there for 20 minutes!

Delicious and ready quite quickly. You should just check whether you really got what you ordered.

Unfortunately, the order takes forever. But almost used to it. But today was the 2nd time that a burger was missing!

Just close 20 minutes before closing on the grounds that you want to be out on time. When asked when the closing time would normally be, the answer was: "Exactly. We all have to be on time." ... even though the store should have been open for 20 minutes.

Even though the restaurant is one of the participating restaurants, payback points were not accepted after several inquiries. Even the shift manager tried to make it clear to me that it wasn't working. Accordingly, employees still need training. Otherwise okay.

First of all, the food was okay. Unfortunately, only one cash register was open for a dozen customers. The cashier processed the orders calmly and friendly, but the waiting time was enormous. McDonalds definitely has the better service.
